Established in 2022 as the training division of Cutie Cottage Education Group, our primary goal is to continuously improve the skills and knowledge of our educarers, keeping them at the forefront of early childhood education. In our role as curriculum coordinators, we develop top-notch Early Childhood Education programs and educational materials for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring a rewarding learning journey for our young ones.

Today, CCA extends its support to enhance the skills of early years and early childhood educators and carers beyond our internal team. Through partnerships with universities and colleges, our programs are tailored to meet the varied needs of educators, ensuring they deliver top-quality care and education.

Malaysia’s First Professional Certificate in Baby & Toddler Care by Medical & ECE Professionals

In partnership with the School of Medicine at Taylor’s University, CC Academy proudly presents Malaysia’s first Professional Certificate in Baby & Toddler Care. This program is tailored for caregivers, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) practitioners, parents, and childcare operators seeking to enhance their caregiving expertise.

This intensive four-day course is meticulously designed by a team of medical and ECCE experts, including pediatricians, professors of pediatrics, registered nurses, pharmacists, senior ECCE lecturers, and ECCE practitioners. Specialised Baby and Infant Care Training (In-house)

This program provides specialised skills in baby and infant care, including feeding techniques, baby massage, soothing techniques, understanding baby sleep behaviour, health and safety management, milestone tracking, and identifying developmental red flags. Additionally, educarers are trained in professional cleaning and cooking procedures, as well as preschooler hygiene care, nutrition, and health and safety protocols.

Advanced Early Childhood Education Training

This program offers in-depth training in Jolly Phonics, Montessori methods, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) seven areas of learning. It emphasizes personal, social, and emotional development, language and communication, physical development (fine and gross motor skills), literacy, early mathematics, expressive arts and design, and early science. Educarers also learn how to plan engaging activities, manage classrooms effectively, and implement thematic and project-based learning approaches.

Professionalism and Leadership Training

This program focuses on enhancing the professionalism and leadership skills essential for educarers. Educarers receive intensive training in management and leadership, preparing them to excel in their roles and advance their careers.
