This programme equips participants with specialised skills in baby and infant care, including feeding techniques, baby massage, soothing methods, understanding infant sleep patterns, health and safety management, milestone tracking, and identifying developmental red flags. Additionally, educarers are trained in professional cleaning and cooking procedures, as well as hygiene care for preschoolers, nutrition, and health and safety protocols.
This programme provides in-depth training in Jolly Phonics, Montessori methods, and the seven areas of learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). It places emphasis on personal, social and emotional development; communication and language; physical development (including fine and gross motor skills); literacy; early mathematics; expressive arts and design; and early science.
